Calling all RC crawler hobbyists, families, and spectators! Join us for a full day of mud, precision driving, friendly competition, and community fun. Bring your rig, cheer for your favourite racers, and experience the excitement of MUDFEST with Southside Cebu RC.

HOW THE RACE WORKS

Race Mechanics

Two categories. One muddy course. Every second counts.

KIDS CATEGORY

1 vs 1 Challenge

Non-strict 1/12 or 1/10 scale RC crawlers.

ADULT CATEGORY

Class 2 Pro-Stock

A competitive 1/10 SCALE ONLY time attack class for experienced drivers.

Set Up Your Own Space at Area C

Make yourself comfortable! Bring your own tent, canopy, awning, tables, chairs, and grill and spend the day with fellow RC enthusiasts. Area C – Camp Ground Audience is open for participants and spectators to set up their own camp and enjoy the event.

Event Rules & Guidelines

Our goal is to provide a fun, safe, and enjoyable event for everyone. Please observe these guidelines and help make MUDFEST a great experience for all participants and spectators.

  • 🎉 Have fun! Enjoy the event, meet fellow hobbyists, and make great memories.
  • ❤️ This is a fun-focused race. Friendly competition, sportsmanship, and respect always come first.
  • 🦺 Your safety is your own responsibility. Please exercise caution at all times while inside the event venue.
  • 🏁 Respect the decisions of the race marshals. Their decisions regarding the race are final. Please do not argue with race officials during the event.
  • 📢 If you have any questions or concerns, raise them immediately with the event organizers or race marshals.
  • 🚧 Do not enter or use the race track unless you are participating in an active race or instructed by a race marshal.
  • 🛠️ Do not modify, move, repair, or alter any part of the race course, obstacles, or venue setup.
  • ⚠️ Conduct unbecoming of a gentleman or gentlelady—including abusive, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior—may result in immediate disqualification. Event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant or spectator from the venue.
  • ⛺ Feel free to bring your own tent, awning, canopy, tables, and chairs.
  • 🔥 You may bring your own grill or BBQ equipment, provided it is operated safely and does not pose a fire hazard.
  • 🗑️ Help keep the venue clean. Bring a trash bag for your waste and take it home with you. Leave the venue cleaner than you found it.
  • 🔒 Keep your belongings secure at all times. Event organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, including RC trucks, equipment, tools, and accessories.
